Description POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision of a professional engineer, performs engineering planning, design, construction, maintenance and operational duties for transportation and utility infrastructure in the right of way, water and wastewater treatment plant facilities and systems, as well as environmental and landfill engineering functions.
