CrudeLogic LLC ("CrudeLogic," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not share your account with others, create accounts on behalf of others without authorization, or use automated means to create accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By posting content, you grant CrudeLogic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
CrudeLogic does not endorse user-generated content and is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of content posted by users.
CrudeLogic is a platform that connects operators, vendors, recruiters, and oilfield professionals. We are not a party to any transaction, employment relationship, contract, or agreement formed through the Service.
We do not verify the accuracy of job listings, RFQs, bids, or marketplace listings. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction or employment relationship.
CrudeLogic is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions or relationships initiated through the Service.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
The CrudeLogic platform, including its design, logos, software, and content created by CrudeLogic (excluding user-generated content), is owned by CrudeLogic LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CRUDELOGIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRUDELOGIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CRUDELOGIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CRUDELOGIC IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrudeLogic LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability) shall survive.
